Kerrilyn has over 15 years of experience in the prevention field working at the national, state, and local levels. She has assumed project management or leadership positions on large scale technical assistance and training projects as well as national and multi-site evaluation and research projects for the past decade. Ken has more than 15 years of public health experience working in the Washington, DC and San Francisco Bay Areas on survey research, program evaluation, and technical assistance and training (TTA) projects funded at the state and federal levels. Most of this time has involved large-scale projects addressing the mental and behavioral health of disadvantaged populations, including racial, ethnic, and cultural minorities, and at-risk youth.

She has experience in project management, qualitative data collection and analysis, culturally competent program administration, and the translation of research into evidence-based practices. Steven Jimenez is a Multimedia Specialist with over 15 years of experience working throughout all of forms of production, from pitch to post. Concentrating on how to most effectively tell stories through a visual medium, Steven is adept at using camera and editing equipment alike. Within CARS, Steven develops agency videos and other multimedia projections while coordinating, hosting, and monitoring discussion hours and webinars for CPI and NITT.

Jacquie provides accounting and administrative support for all projects. She assists in contracting and invoicing for over 2500 TA days per year and supports data collection and entry for training evaluations. Jacquie also liaises with consultants and vendors to ensure high-quality services and accurate and efficient recordkeeping. Before joining CARS, Jacquie worked in the areas of sales, management of customer accounts, accounts payables and receivables, contracting, and administrative functions. She has managed multiple facets of business, including owning and running her own business. In her free time, Jacquie enjoys reading and artwork.

For CPI, Kim supports the coordination and development of project publications. She also develops content and strategy for social media, websites, and newsletters at the CARS organizational and project levels.
