Training Manager

Ruth Santos is a bilingual management professional dedicated to planning and supporting events and activities that focus on community health, mental health, and youth resiliency. Her passions supporting first-generation individuals and communities comes from personal experience and informs her commitment to supporting local community groups and coalitions. Ruth is a strategic planner translating vision into reality.

Her experience includes planning, coordinating, and hosting virtual meetings; organizing large onsite conferences serving hundreds of participants, including an annual adolescent conference for the last three years, as well as small in person trainings. She has extensive experience identifying and working with presenters and subject matter experts, logistics, and day-of coordination. She assists with planning and coordination of coalition activities and hosting ongoing meetings and develops and disseminates monthly mental health campaigns and newsletters across social media sites.
